I’m Hilary, a UX designer based in Metro Detroit currently working on in-vehicle experiences at General Motors. Most of my work focuses on Vehicle OS and cluster UI, helping refine production-ready experiences across different brands and platforms. I’ve always been drawn to design that balances functionality with emotion — making complex systems feel intuitive, thoughtful, and human.

Before UX, I had a background in photography and visual storytelling, which probably explains why I care so much about details, composition, and how things feel emotionally, not just functionally. Outside of work, I love films, spending time with my son and my dog, exploring beautiful landscapes, and pretty much anything design-related. I’m endlessly curious by nature and always looking for inspiration somewhere between technology, art, and everyday life.
